We
lost
brothers
and
sisters,
daughters
and
sons
Friends
and
classmates
in
a
senseless
act
Students
and
teachers
whose
lives
were
cut
short
Forever
leaving
a
devastating
impact.
Families
are
grieving,
hearts
have
been
broken
As
we
mourn
the
lives
of
those
we
loved
Through
heartache
and
tears
we
ask
questions
why
While
lifting
our
arms in
prayer
to
God
above.
Their
lives
were
cut
short,
but
the
memories
remain
And
we'll
cherish
them
all
and
hold
them
close
to
our
heart
We
will
remember
their
smiles
and
remember
their
laugh
As
we
face
the
years
ahead
that
we
are
apart.
We
must
celebrate
their
lives
and
the
loved
we
shared
For
we
know
they
are
embraced
in
God's
loving
arms
He
has
given
them
peace
in
His
heavens
above
Where
they
will
always
be
safe
and
away
from
all
harm.
He
will
send
us
the
same
peace
for
the
ache
in
our
soul
And
for
the
anguished
loss
that
we
all
feel
Our
lives
will
go
on;
our
sorrow
will
pass on
And
somewhere
in
time
our
broken
hearts
will
be
healed.
