Yourself"
It is only when we are true to ourselves that we can go to bed each night
and have beautiful dreams. We can't be what others want us to be, nor can we be something we weren't meant to be. We have all become who we are by when and where we were born, our upbringing, and our past experiences.
All of this combined is neither right nor wrong,
it just is, and we are who we are. To be more than that would be a lie, and to be less than
that is a tragedy. It is only when we are ourselves that we can experience the complete
beauty of who we are, where we are going, and to have the ability to learn what our
intended purpose in life is all about.
We may be called different or odd (and aren't we all, in one way or another?), but these names can only come from those who do not know us, and have not made the effort to know us. We are all unique and special in our own way, and to be exactly who we are is what life is all about. Being true to ourselves also allows us to dream the
"impossible" dream.
